• Arrive Early. All guests will go through metal detector screenings and inspections prior to entry.
• View our Parking Guide. 20,000 parking spaces are available within a 7-10 minute walk of the arena.

Guest Link Service Center

Guest Link service centers are located on the main and upper concourses of the arena and are designed to provide information to guests with questions, concerns, or issues during STAPLES Center events. In addition, Guest Link provides assistance to guests with disabilities and/or special needs (see Guest Services – Disabled Services). Guests are welcomed to contact the Guest Services department at any time before or after the event.
